The silicone chocolate mould contains 12 chocolate block cavities, and are perfect for topping any dessert!
Made from quality food-grade silicone, this mould allows you to bend and manipulate the mould to release the chocolates in a way that doesn't damage your chocolate, leaving you with a smooth, professional-looking finish.
To use, melt your chocolate and pour into the mould cavities. Tap the mould to release any air bubbles. Using a scraper, remove the excess chocolate off of the mould and place in the refrigerator until set. To remove the chocolates from the mould, bend the silicone and pop out the chocolates.
Not only is this mould suitable for chocolate, it can also be used for fondant, isomalt, ice cream, jellies, cream cheese, and also non-edible items such as soap.
